Chasing Filipino Dream for the World

Filipinos, today, can be seen in every country that welcomes immigrants and foreign workers. The lack of employment opportunities back home forces them to seek greener pastures elsewhere. They are said to contribute as much as US$20 Billion per annum to the government coffers, with as much as 80% going to service foreign debt.

The arrested development of the country caused by these global loan sharks has resulted to massive hunger, lawlessness, and suicides. But, is this what the people truly deserve?

Note: The colonial term “Filipino” will only be used here for clarity, and not as acceptance of historical falsehood.

Contrary to popular notions about our own history, the early inhabitants of these islands were relatively advanced in socio-economic terms. Each settlement we call “barangay” was one big happy family. They literally work, dine and play together. Proof of their advanced agricultural methods is the living Rice Terraces in Banaue, Ifugao.

Modern Filipinos have also ventured into the world of high-technology in a big way. Currently, we have a high-ranking technician in NASA for the critical operation of the Curiosity Rover in Mars.

We’ve also designed the first lunar rover back in early 60s. But that was to be eclipsed with the most astounding discovery in the late 1960s.

The Art of Burning Water

In 1969, a Filipino self-taught chemical engineer, Daniel Dingel, perfected the method of disassociating hydrogen, an explosive gas, from water and succeeded in running his car since then with nothing but water.

The process of extraction only requires power that is already available on-board the vehicle and hydrogen production won’t need a storage tank but is produced on demand.

His patent can be downloaded from Google Patent. Sadly, due to the ongoing suppression of useful knowledge, you can only see three pages of it.

One of the stable hydrogen isotopes is deuterium (chemical symbol: D or 2H). it can be used in power generation and of course, nuclear weaponry. Artificially producing deuterium with known processes is not that feasible. However, the Philippines is home to the largest natural deposit of deuterium right in her seabed.

“The world’s largest reserves of deuterium, or heavy water, are to be found in the Philippine trench. I had no idea what deuterium was until a couple of days ago, but thanks to anarticle in the Cebu Freeman I now have some notion. All our worries are over.

“Deuterium is used in the production of (hydrogen) Li-Hy Fuel now used in Canada, America, Germany and some parts of Sweden to provide fuel for cars, trucks, jet planes, etc. including solid hydrogen for the spacecraft Challenger and Columbia. Deuterium can replace gasoline, LPG, LNG, Avgas, etc. in powering all types of internal combustion engines. It does not emit pollutants or any harmful carbon monoxide and does not cause any environmental problems because it is in a member of the water family. Emissions are nothing but water vapor or steam. Deuterium as hydrogen fuel can be used for cooking, lighting, heating, and as heavy water fuel for reactors in electric power generation.”

And where is it?

“[It] is obtained from the deep trenches of the world and the world’s largest deposit of deuterium is in the Philippines – a big deposit of 868 miles long, 52 miles at widest point, and 3 miles at deepest point, replenished by nature 24 hours a day after deuterium travels more than 12,000 kilometers from Central America to the Philippines through the span of the Pacific Ocean when planet earth turns on its axis from west to east in unending perpetual motion.”

Needless Martyrdom

Their true history is yet to be told, but if they only knew, Filipinos need not work as domestic helpers, fruit pickers, bartenders, seamen, entertainers, etc. in some distant shores. They should not wallow in deep poverty and be forced to leave their families behind.

The social cost gained from the export of labor is absolutely unjustifiable. Our women and children should not have been raped or fall victims to human trafficking.

The brain drain created a perpetual dependence to an agricultural based economy rather than a full industrialization.

With local politicians playing in the hands of their foreign puppet masters, the question in everyone’s mind is, “When will the Filipino realizes its full potential?”

Both the level of skills of every Filipino worker and the richness of its natural resources could have propelled this country to greater heights that she truly deserves, but it wasn’t meant to be.

It seems that the future of the Filipino is also tied up to the fate of the rest of the inhabitants of this planet.

The Turning Point

The ongoing financial war and Middle East war mongering are about control of the Collateral Accounts that literally fuel the world’s economy.

The long overdue Global Settlements, which is the process of returning the Asian Assets (lent to the owners of the Federal Reserve and USA, Corp.) to its rightful owners, that is covered in said Collateral Accounts, have to be completed before a massive worldwide development, which would eliminate worldwide poverty in three months, could be implemented.

The treaty that covers the delivery of Asian Gold to the West had expired in 1998, and the Global Settlements for WorldWide Development should have been announced on September 11, 2011, but a successful controlled demolition of the World Trade Center effectively prevented it, and the rest is history.

Asians retaliated by not participating in the worthless Fiat Dollar Scam resulting to the Lehman’s Crash in 2008, and the ongoing EuroPlunge. The NWO/Cabal counteracted by inducing earthquake and detonating suitcase nuke 4 kilometers away from Fukushima Nuclear Power Plants. Puppet Ex-PM Naoto Kan succumbed to the blatant extortion of the Japanese and handed over a hefty 60 Trillion Yen to the Federal Reserve Board Syndicate.

The attack on Japan was preceded by the earthquake in Sichuan China in 2008, where more than 60 thousand perished, mostly schoolchildren, and left 4.8 million homeless. Even before that, the Indonesian Tsunami which wiped out Banda Aceh and killed more than 100 thousand was also caused artificially.

The same HARRP/incendiary bomb attack was also directed to the people in Guinsaugon, Philippines in 2006, causing massive mudslide that served as a pretext for the WW2 Golden Lily loot recovery disguised as humanitarian rescue mission by USS Essex.

Scores of Chinook Helicopters were seen carrying “stone/gravel and soil samples” which were dumped into waiting trucks said to be for “laboratory analysis”. The whole area of operation was cordoned off from public scrutiny, and lasted for more than a week.

Towards the end of August 2011, a secret meeting of 57 financial ministers, representing nations against the Federal Reserve, occurred and decided to chart a new asset-based financial system, and further formulated the best way for the world to move forward free of wars and misery.

This meeting in Monaco, which will be savored by historians as the turning point for humanity, was briefly interrupted by Sen. Jay Rockefeller and his goons.

“Do you know who I am?” said Rockefeller.

“Yes, you are nobody.” replied the host of the meeting (Neil Kennan?).

Rockefeller then summoned his BlackOps goons and came back but was overwhelmingly suppressed by the Monaco Colloquium’s own security. The meeting was then adjourned, only to resume in a large naval vessel floating in international waters.

The Monaco Accord is said to have been accepted and signed by 170+ nations as of this writing.

The White Dragon Society [WDS], in coordination with Pentagon WhiteHats and BRICS170+, is carefully squeezing the NWO-Cabalists grip on world finance by issuing liens against the BIS and with soon to be refilled lawsuit against the Federal Reserve.

The Asian Dragon Family is represented by Neil Keenan, and WDS, the umbrella organization, with its spokesman, Benjamin Fulford. The Pentagon WhiteHats, on the other hand, has “Drake Bailey”  as its spokesman.

The immediate outcome of these liens is the massive resignations of bankers , mostly CEOs , worldwide early this year. These resignations included no less than the World Bank President, Robert Zoellick.

Even the methods by which the bankers used to fool its depositors/investors were exposed to the limelight. More cans of worms will be opened soon.

There are also indications that arrests are already proceeding as you are reading this.

Now, the Cabalists are resorting to stealing from individual bank accounts just to keep it afloat. And for the “long term”, they want to start World War 3, only this time, it seems nobody is willing to participate.

Humanity’s Transition to the Golden Age Will Have a Filipino Flavor

At the center of this historic battle for the control of Collateral Accounts are the off-ledger bank accounts under the name “White Spiritual Boy” which involve the biggest amount reaching US$ Infinite [Infinite Dollar].

It turns out that the authorized signatory for this mind-boggling astronomical account is a Filipino by the name of [HM King] Anthony Santiago Martin.

One of the significant sources of funds for the Cabal is the healthcare industry which registered a whopping $2.7 trillion in 2011, and is projected to soar to $3.6 trillion in 2016, in the US alone. We believe that this is just a conservative figure.

You can join the fight against the Dark Cabal and accelerate its demise just by boycotting Big Pharma. You can effectively do this by downloading “Towards Healthcare Emancipation“, a fully illustrated do-it-yourself instructional eBook that will help you in implementing all eClinik methods that would negate the use of expensive medicine, avoid radioactive diagnostics and treatments in completely defeating cancer, AIDS and all other parasitic diseases. These methods, when faithfully followed, work 100% all the time. Find out more about this here.

From The Time Of Eisenhower To The Kennedys In The White House, Asians Were Hoping That The Assets Would Be Used For Humanitarian Cause and Development As Originally Agreed

Now, we understand why the Kennedys must be eliminated.

It is hoped that through our Collective Effort, our Common Dreams will be realized. The current system must be shutdown in favor of a meritocratic one. Your active participation in this regard would surely usher this planet to the Golden Age of Abundance, Scientific Advancement, and Spiritual Wisdom.

Appeal: If you like this article, please share far and wide, not for the glory of the Filipino, but for the enlightenment of everyone. 1. Sorry to say this but you are fighting the wrong fight when it comes to Collateral Accounts because only the OITC has the legal right and has the power. Not until all the problems will not be sort out by the Hierarchy, many suffering still is going to happen in this world especially here in the Philippines. Mindanao alone, so many Americans and stealing many assets but in due time they will be put into justice as people don;t understand what is happening in this world, ASM already died 1993-94 based on the information of two people connected directly to the Organization that was created by the Royal Families of the World. Please read this and download the Last Will Testament of Ferdinand Marcos as Custodian and the International Treasury Controller during that time. –

I can say that the only people that I trust are Mr. David Sale and Mr. David Crayford because they are my superiors although Mr. Crayford already retired but still helping a lot.

    1. Thanks for posting again, M!

Can you comment on this quote from Ben Fulford?

“The whole thing was started when white dragon society members had 134.5 Billion in bearer bonds stolen from them by Daniele dal Bosco and a renegade officer of the now defunct Office of International Treasury Control (OITC), David Sale. Sale, who despised his former boss Ray C. Dam deliberately set about to malign Ray C Dam and another former officer of OITC, a White Dragon, to Cambodian press and on various internet sites and Sale eventually sent documents he forged to Cambodian Police with the intention of incriminating Ray C. Dam and the White Dragon. Sale believed he could take over OITC by conspiring with Giancarlo Bruno and others from the World Economic Forum, who in turn conspired to embroil and indeed did involve Ban Ki Moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations, in the illegal use of Bonds stolen from the White Dragons.”

I also would like to let you know that i read your linked document, and will be addressing them one by one in the near future.

It would also be important to underscore that this blog considers all information received with impartiality and allow the same to stand by its own merit.

Time will tell who’s telling the whole truth, partial truth, and/or outright lies.

      1. I can assure you bro that time will tell because they have no idea what is going on although the Americans are busy stealing the assets that belongs to the world. I can assure you that the OITC is the legal owner of everything because everyone of us connected to the OITC have a Full Diplomatic Immunity and Protectorate. Whatever they will do, actions start when the time is ready and they all known whoever they are because they are so greedy. The bonds is already in the control of the OITC and they want to get it but they are not the owners, they just steal it here in our country which people here really don’t understand what are these and just want some money for their pocket.

  2. Mr. David Sale is a honest man and a working very hard to sort out some issues because if there have no interference by the Americans, the International Treasury Controller have already been appointed by the Hierarchy. I have met Mr. Fulford together with Dr. Michael Meiring some years ago, I thought they are working for the good cause but I am wrong. Many who are working at the OITC was suspended especially those working with KFS and RCD because many are connected to See Eye Aye. We are Filipino but majority did not understand about this assets, that is why the Americans can make us like a fool because they know a lot about this. I have seen many of the boxes and some people just want an easy money even though I already explain it to them but its their call because when actions starts, no matter who you are, you will be punish for your illegal activities and you will also pay the assets you steal from the Collateral Accounts. All the communication are direct to Mr. Sale as the Caretaker and Administrator of the OITC because the Chairman not yet appointed.

    1. I’m sure you mean well as you are presenting your case about the Collateral Accounts and all the persons involved including those you have worked with. However, there are a lot of issues concerning the OITC itself.

Can you comment some, if not all of them, as posted in Wikipedia >

Also, i would really appreciate if you could elaborate on how our country have accumulated so much wealth over the years. Yes, we have very rich natural resource, i.e. deposits of these precious metals, but Marcos’ Last Will and Testament simply did not fully indicate this as such.

Did the majority of these assets came from Mongolia and we are just made as caretaker?

Again, i would like to emphasize that we do have our own source of precious metals and an article even claimed that at least 50 tons of gold were transferred by Gen Douglas McArthur to the US via Australia during WW2, and another 600,000 metric tons of gold were looted from our Central Bank by the Jesuits.

“That’s why Rev. Father Diaz alias Col. Santy hired Marcos as his lawyer to bring out the recovered Yamashita’s looted Asian gold. However, by 1949 our people had accumulated 600,000 metric tons of gold deposited inside the vault of the Central Bank. This 600,000 metric tons of gold was different from the Yamashita’s looted gold. Hence, my countrymen are proud of it and legally speaking it’s our property. For decency, my countrymen will not claim the Asia’s looted gold by the Japanese Imperial Forces. What we are claiming is our country’s own gold deposited inside the vaults of the Central Bank.”

I am asking these questions because it is our duty to inform our people. And since you seem to have some knowledge of the Whole Story, you are in the right position to do it, and this is the forum where we could start the effort.

      1. Bro,

I will let my superior Mr. David Sale to reply for your questions so that you will understand many about the asset which part of the assets way back thousands of years ago from the INCAS, AZTECS, KING SOLOMON and many other civilizations including ours.

  3. The Assets that the Americans get during the bombing of WTC was already been recovered by my Organization. 10,000 MT of Gold a deal to the WORLD BANK GROUP.

  4. Eto yong answer lang na dapat mong malaman..

    > Did the majority of these assets came from Mongolia and we are just made as caretaker?

The above statement says it all. The Philippines has not accumulated so much wealth over the years. This wealth belongs to the
world and the people of the world. The Philippines is a Custodian of the wealth deposited there just like many other countries across the world, whereby Marcos, being a descendant of the Royal Bloodline of Solomon was charged with being the Holder of the Alpha – Omega Ring (also known as Solomon’s Ring) and Master Holder of the World’s wealth no matter where it is situation in the world.

    Dear Lion,

Thank you for your question for which I consider it to be a very justifiable one. The answer to the question is not as simple as it looks, but I will do my best to answer in a manner that hopefully satisfies you and many others.

The OITC was established in 1995 at the time when Dr. R. C. Dam was appointed International Treasury Controller (ITC), Legal Heir, Owner and Sole Arbiter of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility. However, it took a few more years to actually complete all the relevant documentation necessary to ensure that everything was correctly formulated.

The documents etc that I refer to are the actual Charter under the United Nations, which is a Charter that establishes the right of control and Chartered by Treaty Agreement between ALL Nations, then registered with the United Nations as a Sovereign Entity that is beyond all other jurisdictional control. The creation of a Sovereign Jurisdiction of Control preserves and protects the official independence of the appointed and empowered person, his agents, successors and heirs.

What this means in simple terms is that the ITC / OITC is an independent Sovereign Entity which stands above and beyond all other Sovereign Nations and any other Jurisdictional Control.

That is one hell of a Power Base, one that was purposely formulated to prevent any interference in the ITC / OITC operation, administration, management, legal jurisdiction, of any description from any person, party, country, or otherwise, whereby it should have worked and prevented the massive fraud, thefts, embezzlement, selective and biased use of the assets, that had been undertaken / implemented by the previous administrators and managers of the Collateral Accounts, being the TTTGC (the US, France, and the UK) which was organised within a side treaty to the Bretton Woods Treaty of 1945.

It was considered that Dr. Dam was more than capable of becoming the ITC because he was a qualified Central Banker and he was the Gold Signatory to the G7 prior to 1995.

Unfortunately, and like all of us, Dr. Dam possessed some inadequacies and needed to engage people to undertake specific aspects of his position that he was less capable of doing. In some cases specific persons were effectively forced upon him whereby those persons eventually turned out to be rogue operatives deliberately placed in position to control Dr. Dam, and control they did to the detriment of the world.

The latter of the above paragraph became very noticeable in the latter part of 2007 (Remember these dates), when one specific transaction (a very large one worth $1 trillion USD) was destroyed by deliberate interference from within by the use, on 4 separate occasions, of “Foreign Broker Operations” under-mining everything that had been achieved with this particular country. Those “Foreign Broker Operations” included highly positioned officials of the Federal Reserve, the Vatican Bank, a CIA Foundation, and German based rogue operatives of several nationalities.

Things started to change after March 2008 when Keith Francis Scott left the OITC in a hurry, not informing anyone until he was well clear of Cambodia; and David Sale was promoted to the number two position. Many things started to change which included the preparation and distribution of the Video Presentations and Internet Community Board articles, and increased activity by our own genuine people around the world. As a result we received hundreds of emails on a daily basis, from various people, but more to the point many countries communicated with us.

At this time, and resulting from the period of changes we were attending (initial stages) to 43 other countries, many in Africa, some in Europe and the rest in Asia. Dr. Dam held a list of those 43 countries, but somehow, and by someone surrounding Dr. Dam, that list was copied and used against us which resulted in serious damage whereby only 17 of those countries remain working with us, some with hesitancy because of the threats they have received from CIA operatives active within their country, for which those countries had no hesitancy in informing us about. Even our own people and their families have been threatened on the basis of “Leave alone, Get out and Stay out. Come back and you may not return”.

During the period March 2008 – December 2009, Keith Scott made every effort to return to the OITC, much to our distaste, but in the early months of January he did apparently return as Chief of the Cabinet, but there was no confirmation of this from Dr. Dam.

Again, that is when all the problems started. There was more interference, more destruction, more negativity, more despondency, etc. At the latter part of 2010 action was taken by both sides. The Hierarchy on the one side, and the Rogues on the other.

In November 2010 the Hierarchy demanded that Dr. Dam rid himself of the people around him, and those around him were told to vacate their positions otherwise they would be vacated for them. Then in December 2010, the rogues took their revenge whereby Dr. Dam was arrested, on the pretence of fraud but never charged and held in prison for 7 months.

Keith Scott was present in Cambodia at the time, and left Cambodia, again in a hurry, 4 days later, It was during this time that we established that Keith Scott was working with people in Japan within the fraudulent use of assets of the Collateral Accounts, from which Neil Keenan eventually emerged causing additionally problems and purposely making serious threats with aggression against us and against the Principals of the Internet Community Boards we were utilising.

This period, early 2010 up to the present date, have been tremendously difficult for all of us within the OITC, and has restricted our operations because we have needed to operate in a “Low Profile” manner in order to protect ourselves from the operations / threats of the rogues. The reason for this is because we were informed by the Hierarchy that it was the rogue operatives that had created Dr. Dam’s demise and his incapacity to undertake his duties as the ITC, but more to the point we were informed that the “Dragnet” was now out for DS and others within the OITC that were continuing operations. The reason was to deliberately neutralise the OITC so that it’s total demise was implemented whereby people such as your good self were then able to say, Told you so, the OITC was a fake and a fraud, and didn’t last at all”, thus making the misinformation about the OITC generated by the rogues far more plausible.

Having stated all of the above, some of which you have read before, but all applicable to the situation, I can say without reservation, but with respect, that those currently running the operations of the OITC are far more formidable and determined than Dr. Dam ever was, and are making changes that will put the OITC on a firm footing and spread fear into the rogue element that they probably never believed would happen. Those changes are big changes and revolve around the principles in which the OITC was established and Chartered, being:-

    a) As Chairman of the said Trust and Foundation (Foundation Divine and the Heritage International Trust ) and Sole Arbiter and Lawful Owner of all the assets held within Foundation Divine and the Heritage International Trust and their internal and ancillary Trusts, Foundations and Corporations (In excess of 30,000 Trusts, Foundations and Corporations) such Ownership granted to him by the International Community on January 20, 1995, the Chairman holds the absolute right to determine and make ruling, such ruling to be enforced (if necessary) by the Justice Department of the United States of America; (this right of control is guaranteed by the United States Congress, reaffirmed by the Senate of the United States and recorded within United States Presidential Office of Management and Budget, whereat, empowerment of his person and his full indemnified status is acknowledged under Great Seal No. 632259984 and further registered within the International Division of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America, The Bank for International Settlements, Swiss National Bank and the Swiss Federal Finance Administration), whereby his determination and ruling on all matters relating to the assets under his control is inviolate and may not be set aside, modified, overturned, repealed or denied by any agreement or arrangement between other parties and or institutions, or by any other ruling not assented to by the International Community who empowered his person.

    b) Under International Control Number 10-60847, the right of control is established and Chartered by Treaty Agreement between ALL NATIONS, then registered with the United Nations as a sovereign entity which is beyond all other jurisdictional controls. This creation of a sovereign jurisdiction of control preserves and protects the official independence of the appointed and empowered person, his agents and heirs and successors.

    c) The International Treasury Controller / Chairman of the OITC, is the appointed and empowered person holding full disposition rights and authority over said assets and accounts by virtue of the authority vested in him by the Governments of the World, whom he represents, such authority being chartered and then registered with the UNITED NATIONS.

In simple language what all the above means is that the ITC holds the absolute power of control over the Collateral Accounts, Foundation Divine, Heritage International Trust, including decision making, instructions, directives, orders. All of this being, above and beyond all other Sovereign Nations, organisations, persons, or parties of any description.

No one can legally tell us what to do, whereby if they tried they would be firmly put in their place. We instruct all others, which includes the Federal Reserve, BIS, The Swiss Federal Finance Administration, the Swiss National Bank, and so on, whereby if they fail we hold the absolute right to redress and compensation. However, the latter must at this juncture be undertaken through the Attorney General’s Office of the USA, which really is a bit of a joke, so even that will be changed in due course.

Also, there will, in due course, no longer be a special account holding extortionate amounts of money for the House of the Senate in America, and the same applies to the UN and other organisations that are currently involved in one form or another, but excluding the power bestowed upon the ITC / OITC.

Now to your actual question, quote “My question then, if the OITC is a benevolent organization with that much clout internationally, what actions is the OITC taking except maintaining itself as a benevolent organization?”

The above informs you of just some of the actions we are taking to correct the unfortunate situation currently surrounding the Collateral Accounts and their proper professional usage for the sake of mankind. I will not reveal all of it because that will generate more negative actions against us and perpetuate the delays.

However, everyone must understand that the actual problems commenced back in 1945 whereby 67 years of abuse, mismanagement, theft, unlawful use, etc, etc, etc, will take a lot more than 2 years (2010 – 2012) to correct.

In addition to all of this, the thefts, abuse, and unlawful use of the assets of the Collateral Accounts has, since December 2010, accelerated to an unbelievable pace with enormous activities being undertaken within, mainly, the Philippines and Indonesia but also within several others countries as well. Mercenaries, mainly former US CIA, Special Forces, SBS, armed with ultra modern armaments and US diplomatic passports, are very active in these countries in conjunction with the US Navy within the thefts which are currently happening.

Small Illegal Gold Refineries have been established in adjacent countries to re-smelt, re-block, and remark, stolen gold, together with facilities forging the applicable documents for the Gold.

People and parties are innocently buying gold, with all documents, not realising that the gold they are buying has been stolen and reconstituted to appear legal, and the documents are forged. They will have a big shock in the future because we will be going after all of them no matter who they are.

Air Force bases within these adjacent countries are being used to accommodate most of the above activities and our people are monitoring same to the maximum extent possible. C17’s and C130’s are being used as transport along and together with US Military ships, to transport stolen assets to various places. All of these activities are being undertaken under the radar, covered by such things as Joint Military Operations, Friendship Visits, Upgrading of Military equipment within friendly countries connected or associated with these activities, and so on.

The problem is that all we and our people can do is monitor and report, at this stage because we are not equipped to undertake more serious intervention operations. That is also an issue that is being attended to and one that will gradually change in our favour.

I do appreciate and respect the fact, which is clearly pointed out in your article, that nothing, or very little, of what is currently happening to clear up a gigantic mess is visible to the public and therefore skepticism of the OITC will remain until the public actually see something visible.

Revelations, definitive and visible progress can not be possible at this stage except through my articles on the Internet Community Boards. However, the world will eventually see reality and will become to acknowledge that the OITC is real and doing its duty to the world, but as I have pointed out before, this will take time whereby patience is needed by all during this time whilst this gigantic mess is cleared up, for which positive progress is definitely being made although unseen by the masses The alternative doesn’t bear thinking about, and that is that the Collateral Accounts finally come under the control of the rogues where only a few (as what happened between 1945 – 1995) benefit from all this wealth.

I should also point out, which is an issue previously brought to the attention of the public, that since the demise (December 2010) of Dr. Dam. Our operation and expense accounts have been frozen for investigations into activities involving embezzlement and fraud during the period 1995 – December 2010. This means that we are all using our own financial resources to allow us to continue until such time as the expense and operating accounts are released and refurnished with money. This is something that not many people in the world would be prepared to do, but we are, so it does clearly indicate the determination and tenacity of those within the OITC.

Finally, I will answer one of your other points, quote “Just once I’d like to see something concrete rather than the same old; “It’s top secret, and no one is supposed to know” – which has become more of an off-handing cliche than an answer or progress”.

I couldn’t agree more with what you have stated here. However, Secrecy does mean Secrecy and I, like all others involved are legally bound by that fact. This is the very reason why I write articles to make the public aware of as much that is possible regarding the Collateral Accounts, past and current circumstances, without breaking such Secrecy Laws.

I also agree that there is no need for quite a bit of the Secrecy, because it gives an advantage to the rogues which they should not have available to them. If you want to undertake activities which are unlawful, illegal, or highly questionable, then Shroud it all in Secrecy then you don’t get reactions to your unlawful or illegal actions. A “perfect cover” but one that is not necessary.

Once again I have to add that is not us who attach, or have attached, the Secrecy factor to information regarding the OITC, that is a privilege (one that they should never have) of those responsible for the implementation of the Bretton Woods Treaty, all its side Treaties, the Incorporation of the IMF, World Bank, restructuring of the League of Nations into the United Nations, etc, etc, etc, after WWII, being the very same persons or parties that do not desire to see their enslaving creation changed, and the very same persons or parties that want to see the OITC as a dead and ineffective operation.

I do sincerely hope that I have put your mind, as well as the minds of others, to rest to a high degree with the above, but if there is anything else please feel free to let us know with another article and I will respond.
